A RETAILER you’d never think of with more than 720 stores in the UK is set to launch concessions in Next.
The brand is one of the UK’s leading health and wellness retailers, and will appear in more shops this summer.

Holland& Barrett will open the first of three concessions on Wednesday July 10 in Next, Martlesham Heath, Ipswich.
Next is known more for clothing and homeware and already has concessions in some stores for other brand names, though they are ones Next also owns
Online furniture retailer Made was snapped up by Next after falling into administration and last year returned to the high street with plans for concessions in 10 Next stores.
Lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret, part owned by Next, also has concessions in Next stores.
Additional Holland& Barrett concessions in Next will open later this year in Silverlink Shopping Park in North Shields and a third location that’s yet to be revealed.
Holland& Barrett in Next will offer its customers a specially curated range of its top 1,000 products from its latest ranges of health and wellness solutions.
This will include leading brands, innovative services, sports nutrition, and trending beauty.
Holland& Barrett already has around 50 concessions in other stores, including Tesco and WHSmith.
Holland& Barrett has invested £70 million in the transformation of its stores, technology and new product development.
This includes the opening and renovation of over 200 stores in the UK.
Nick Gerrard, property and format director at Holland & Barrett says: “We’re investing in revitalising our store experience, taking a flexible approach to space planning and piloting new locations and store footprints.
“We’re very excited to partner with Next with our brand-new concession formats which will compliment Next’s retail offering, giving its customers easy and convenient access to the latest and trending health and wellness essentials.”
To mark the new opening Holland& Barrett will be running a sampling event July 10, 12 and 13 , as well as “spin to win” prizes and offering customers exclusive vouchers to get 20% off their first shop.
Holland & Barrett was founded in 1870 and prides itself on adding “quality years to people’s lives by making health and wellness a way of life for everyone.”

And a major coffee shop chain has revealed its plans to open branches in 11 Sainsbury’s.
